Winter coats and shoes
We have 50 pairs of new shoes for Hardeman County through Good360, and the first distribution is planned for this winter. New winter coats are planned through Operation Warm, where we are an approved partner.

Breakfast with Santa
Each December we host families for a pancake breakfast and pictures with Santa, and children receive new bicycles. The first, in December 2024, gave new bicycles to seventy children.

Food access
We give funds to the P.L.A.N. Food Pantry in Round Lake Beach, which has used them to buy food through the Northern Illinois Food Bank.

Youth education
Small grants for a specific need. In 2024 a $5,500 grant helped a middle school robotics team grow from four members to sixteen.
Our record
We served 102 children in 2024, and 118 in all since the Foundation began. After Street Scenes in February 2025, our work paused for the rest of that year and picked back up in 2026.

A middle school robotics team
The founders began a $5,500 grant for the team, and the Foundation carried it on once it was formed. The team grew from four members to sixteen, competed at the regional and state level, and finished in the top ten at one competition.

Back to school
We gave ten backpacks full of school supplies through a school supply drive at McGrath Evanston Subaru.

December 2024
The first Breakfast with Santa
With the Education Foundation of Niles Township at McGrath Evanston Subaru, we hosted more than a hundred guests of the Niles Township Food Pantry. Forty-five children went home with new bicycles that morning. When we learned that some families with more than one child had picked out a single bike, we made sure every brother and sister got one too, seventy in all.

Holiday help at P.L.A.N.
We volunteered at P.L.A.N. Food Pantry’s holiday event in Round Lake Beach, packing food and toys for families, gave six new bicycles and took part in the pantry’s toy drive. We also gave funds the pantry used to buy food through the Northern Illinois Food Bank.

Street Scenes at Carmel Catholic High School
We sponsored Street Scenes, a theater production whose proceeds fund student scholarships. The sponsorship was paid in November 2024 and is in the 2024 figures.

Tumblers for a youth cheer team
Twenty new 40 oz Stanley Quencher tumblers, donated by Stanley through Good360, are going to a youth cheer team in Lake County, Illinois.

We have 50 pairs of new shoes, 24 in hand and 26 on the way. New winter coats are planned through Operation Warm.
